Terms of Service

Pulse is an internal business application owned and operated by Technology Partners, Inc. (“TP”). Pulse supports TP’s project management, time entry, approvals, billing, reporting, and related business operations.
1. Authorized Use
Pulse is intended solely for authorized TP personnel and other users expressly approved by TP. Access is personal and may not be shared. Users must safeguard credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Business Records
Information entered into Pulse, including time entries, project information, approvals, billing information, notes, and related records, may constitute official TP business records. Users are responsible for entering accurate and complete information and for complying with applicable TP policies and procedures.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, access information outside their authorized scope, interfere with the operation of Pulse, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract information without authorization, or use Pulse for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
4. Access and Monitoring
Access to Pulse is based on assigned permissions and business responsibilities. TP may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time. To protect TP, its clients, and its systems, TP may maintain logs and audit records regarding access, changes, approvals, imports, and other activity within Pulse, subject to applicable law and TP policy.
5. Confidentiality
Pulse may contain confidential, proprietary, financial, employee, client, and project information. Users must handle this information in accordance with TP policies, contractual obligations, and applicable law and must not disclose it to unauthorized persons.
6. Third-Party Services
Pulse may integrate with authorized third-party services, including accounting, cloud, identity, and other business platforms. Use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
7. Intellectual Property
Pulse, its software, design, content, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Technology Partners, Inc. Except as authorized by TP, users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Pulse or its components.
8. Availability and Changes
TP may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features of Pulse as business and technical requirements evolve. Pulse is provided for internal operational use and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for TP’s internal business operations. Nothing in Pulse alters any employment agreement, client agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement unless expressly stated in such agreement.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law.
