Technology Partners, Inc. (“TP”) respects the privacy and security of information processed through Pulse. Pulse is an internal business application used to manage projects, time, approvals, billing, reporting, and related TP operations.
1. Information Pulse May Process
Depending on a user’s role and use of the application, Pulse may process business and employment-related information such as name, TP email address, user/profile identifiers, role and permission information, project and client assignments, time entries, task activity, approval status, billing and rate-related information where authorized, notes, import/source references, and system/audit information such as timestamps and activity records.
2. How Information Is Used
TP uses information in Pulse to operate and administer projects; record and approve work performed; manage staffing and utilization; prepare invoices and financial reports; maintain historical business records; administer access and security; troubleshoot and improve the application; and meet legal, contractual, audit, and compliance obligations.
3. Access and Sharing
Pulse information is available only according to assigned permissions and business need. TP may provide information to authorized personnel, service providers, professional advisers, clients where appropriate to the business relationship, or governmental/legal authorities when required or permitted by law. TP does not sell personal information processed through Pulse.
4. Service Providers and Integrations
TP may use cloud hosting, identity, accounting, backup, security, and other technology providers to operate Pulse and TP’s business processes. Such providers receive access only as appropriate to provide their services and are subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.
5. Security
TP uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Pulse. These may include authentication, role- and permission-based access, logging, audit controls, encryption or secure communications where applicable, backups, monitoring, and other security measures. No information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention
TP retains information in Pulse for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, historical, accounting, contractual, audit, legal, and compliance purposes, consistent with applicable TP policies and legal requirements.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, accessing only information necessary for their authorized responsibilities, and handling Pulse information in accordance with TP security, confidentiality, and acceptable-use policies.
8. Privacy Requests and Questions
Questions regarding personal information processed by TP, including requests to access or correct information where applicable, may be directed to TP at info@tppr.com. Privacy-related inquiries may also be directed to TP’s designated privacy/data protection contact in accordance with TP’s corporate Privacy Policy.
9. Relationship to TP Corporate Privacy Policy
This Privacy Statement describes information processed specifically through Pulse. TP’s broader corporate privacy practices are described in Technology Partners, Inc.’s corporate Privacy Policy. If a conflict arises, applicable law, contractual obligations, and TP’s formally adopted policies govern.
10. Changes to This Statement
TP may update this Privacy Statement as Pulse, TP’s business processes, or applicable requirements evolve. The current version and “Last Updated” date will be posted on this page.
